BurstBuzz is an AI-powered platform that generates WordPress websites from text descriptions. The Service includes AI design generation, WordPress site provisioning, hosting, and deployment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using BurstBuzz, including AI-generated designs and WordPress sites. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying generated content before publishing. BurstBuzz does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors or intellectual property issues.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. During the beta period, features may change without notice.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data, projects, sites, and generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

BurstBuzz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
