We use the following third-party services to operate BurstBuzz:

  • AI providers: We send your design prompts to AI services (Anthropic Claude, v0) to generate designs and WordPress content.
  • Email delivery: We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send transactional emails such as login codes.
  • Hosting: Your WordPress sites are hosted on our managed infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including projects, sites, designs, and deployments — is permanently removed from our systems.

We protect your data using encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted secrets storage, HMAC-signed API communications between our services, and industry-standard security practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
